For almost two years now, Lisa has been my trainer and friend. Every workout is unique and amazing. She really listens to her clients and understands their needs. Lisa is intuitive about what are the right exercises for your body whether you are looking for weight loss, have an injury, or just want health and strength. Workouts are fun and challenging. Lisa is a very special lady that connects to people with mind, body, and spirit.

I like Lisa’s classes because each one is a little different; it’s never the same thing every day.  She gives a good workout and provides adaptations for any physical limitations.  She challenges you to do a little more but there is never any pressure to do more than you are comfortable with.  I especially like her yogalates class.  Namaste!
